David studied at Burnley Horticultural  College (now Melbourne University) for three years from 1976 completing the Diploma of Horticulture in 1978.

 

Tintuppa Landscapes was established in 1980 commencing in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne and migrating to the Peninsula about 1990.  David has been a member of Landscaping Victoria for over 20 years supporting there moves to further professionalize the industry.  To that same end he has continued studies leading to him becoming a licensed irrigation plumber (PC license 3563), a qualified irrigation installer and a registered builder in structural landscaping (DB-L 43454).  He also holds licenses for the use of heavy equipment including skid steer loaders and excavators.

 

With over 35 years in the industry David continues to manage Tintuppa Landscapes overseeing both the Construction and Garden Maintenance divisions.

Colin Scott

Maintenance Manager

 

Colin has been working and studying in the horticultural trade for over 20 years and is highly experienced in all aspects of landscape and garden maintenance. He is a qualified horticulturalist and has a certification in hard/soft landscape, turf management, nursery application, irrigation and design. He has a very broad range of skills from working in senior roles in a vast majority of highly recognized institutions such as The Botanical Gardens in Melbourne, Parliament House Melbourne and leading Commercial Landscape Construction companies.

 

Now based in the Mornington Peninsula for work and also operating in the inner and outer regions of Melbourne’s Eastern suburbs providing a professional service to a wide variety of horticultural applications ranging from construction to all aspects of lawn and garden maintenance services.

 

He has a passion for the outdoors and gardens and enjoys the opportunity to develop out door spaces and to encourage more use of your external areas and getting people to recognize the potentials within your landscape environment.
